The Assessment Cycle feature in Planning provides a convenient report that allows you to view your assessment cycle data in a .csv report. The report can be found here:

You can export each phase separately or all phases at once. Tip: Apply filtering and sorting in Excel to focus on the exact information you need.

The file includes the following column headers:

  • Phase: Starting with Plan and ending with Act
  • Unit: Alphabetized based on the list of departments included within the assessment cycle
  • Unit ID: Product-generated identifier that can be used to join data between files
  • Template: Alphabetized within each department
  • Template ID: Product-generated identifier that can be used to join data between files
  • Field: Alphabetized within each template
  • # Missing: The number of items per department that are missing from each phase
