We couldn’t stop with just Phase Due Date on Plan Items! Additional enhancements have been released to Anthology Planning that will make it even easier for you to stay organized and keep track of important Assessment Cycle deadlines.
Surface Date for the Next Item Due Date on the Dashboard for Plan Items
From the Dashboard or Plans page, users will now see the date for the next item due on the plan. This means that users will now be able to quickly see when the next item is due, allowing them to plan and prioritize accordingly. No more trying to remember the due dates for the Plan or guessing when your next task needs to be completed!
Allow Users to Sort Plan Items by Due Date
To further enhance user experience, we have included the option to sort plan items by Due Date. This feature will save time and effort by allowing users to easily group and view Plans by the date for the next item due. Whether you prefer to work on the closest deadlines first or need to prioritize specific tasks, this additional sorting option will make quickly organizing these plan items even easier.
Linked Plans on the Assessment Cycle Dashboard
Additionally, we have introduced linked plans on the Assessment Cycle Dashboard. This improves efficiency in reviewing data collection. Say goodbye to hopping between different pages to find the information you need – with linked plans, everything is right at your fingertips!
These improvements are available to users as part of the Assessment Cycle configuration and thus require no additional steps by the Site Administrators. We hope that these updates will bring you increased efficiency and a more enjoyable user experience.
